Weather Tight Shell – High Quality Vinyl Windows, a Steel Door and Hardi Plank siding, the interior is ready for completion with exposed studs and the floor is ¾” Fir CDX plywood. There is no insulation, custom flooring, or paneling.

- Paneling is Blue pine, Wainscotting (6 x 36 x 3/4” T&G) chair railing, window casements and moldings. Paneling above Wainscotting and ceiling is Birch or Fir 4 x 8 x ½”.
Superior
- Substitute High Quality FSC Marvin wood windows*
- Flooring is ¾” x 3″ clear Fir, ACX tongue and groove (FSC)
- Paneling is Blue pine, Wainscotting (6 x 36 x 3/4” T&G) chair railing, window casements and moldings. Paneling above wainscotting and ceiling is Birch or Fir 4 x 8 x ½”.
